Shipping Policy

Order Processing All products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–5 business days after production. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

International Shipping We ship to many countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days after production, depending on the destination and local customs processing. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Please note that international customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation email.

Shipping Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, we are unable to make changes to the shipment.

Lost or Undeliverable Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If your package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, please contact us at ism@thehouseofoandk.com and we'll work with you on next steps. Please double-check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
