Returns & Refunds Policy

Print-on-demand items Our products are made to order by our print providers. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selections, or personal preference on print-on-demand items. Because each item is produced uniquely for you, we are unable to process traditional returns.

Damages, defects, and incorrect items Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will make it right at no charge — just send a photo of the issue to ism@thehouseofoandk.com within 30 days of delivery. No need to return the item. A replacement or refund will be issued once the issue is confirmed.

Undeliverable packages If a package cannot be delivered and is returned, it will be sent back to our print provider's facility — not to our address. If this happens, contact us at ism@thehouseofoandk.com and we'll work with you on next steps, including reshipping to a corrected address.

Exceptions — non-returnable items The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Digital products and downloadable content (non-refundable once accessed or downloaded)
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Personalized or custom orders

European Union — 14-day cooling off period If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase required.

Refunds Refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrect items are issued once the photo evidence is reviewed and approved. You'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at ism@thehouseofoandk.com.
